How long does relationship therapy last?
The length of therapy varies depending on your goals and the complexity of the dynamic.
Some clients engage in short-term work to address a specific concern or improve communication within a particular relationship. Others pursue longer-term therapy to support deeper relational repair, boundary clarity, and lasting restoration.
We periodically revisit your goals to ensure the work remains aligned with the growth you’re seeking.
